RECYCLING

Currently, McKean Township does not offer a Recycling Program.  You can call your waste hauler provider to see if they offer residential recycling or you may choose to use the recycling center located at the Washington Township Municipal building, located across from General McLane High School on Edinboro Road.  

Erie County offers a Convenience Center, located at 1624 Fillmore Avenue with collections starting March 3, 2012.  The 2012 collection schedule is as follows:

March 3, 24 - April 7, 21 - May 5, 19 - June 16 - July 14 -

August 11 - September 8, 22 - October 13, 27.
